Minced turkey dry curry

Ingredients :
1. Minced turkey
2. Oil
3. Salt
4. Chilli powder
5. Bay leaf
6. Cinnamon
7. Clove
8. Cardamom
9. Dry fenugreek leaves/ kasoori methi
10. Chilli flakes
11. Shah jeera
12. Chopped red onions
13. Slit green chillies
14. Garam masala
15. Cashewnut pieces
16. Turmeric
17. Ginger garlic paste.

Garnish :
1. Slit green chillies
2. Curry leaves
3. Cilantro

Method:
Heat some oil in a large wide pan . Add bay  leaf, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, chilli flakes , shaheera, kasoori methi and fry . Add green chillies and onions and sauté till translucent and fried but not too brown . Add some salt .
Add the minced meat and mix well and keep mixing and breaking it down . Let the raw smell disappear and it'll leave out a lot of water so let that evaporate as well . After a few minutes add lots of turmeric and mix well . Add ginger garlic paste and fry .
Add chilli powder, broken cashew bits and salt and a little water only and put a lid and let it all cook . Then after some time add garam masala and cook , the oil has to separate onto the sides .
Add cilantro and keep it .
Add green chillies and curry leaves fried crisp in a little oil on top.
